Registering/Logging into the Census Website

Type the URL provided in the census letter received in the mail into your browser – www.census.gov.bm.  Welcome to the eCensus Website.

Click in the Start Questionnaire box and enter the password provided in the letter.  Press confirm. You will be asked to confirm the address on the screen. 

If you choose No, you will be taken to another screen to enter a correct address. Once complete, press the confirm button to continue to go to the contact information screen.

If you choose Yes, you will be taken directly to the contact information screen to enter your contact information. Enter your telephone numbers, email address and press confirm. Please ensure your email address is correct, before pressing confirm, as you will be receiving a confirmation email. 

After pressing confirm, the website will launch automatically. In addition you should have received an email from censusnoreply@gov.bm to gain access to the website in future.  If your confirmation email doesn’t appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam catcher and junk mail folders. 

An email with the subject “Confirm email eCensus” should have been received.  In this welcome email, there is a button that says “Confirm my email”.  Click this button now.  You will need to use the login and password with the Continue Questionnaire section of the login page, whenever you re-enter the website.

A successful login will present the User Dashboard to begin the questionnaire.  If successful, another email with confirmation of your credentials will be received to assist with future logins.  The subject line of that email is “Sign up on eCensus”.  Click the blue “Start questionnaire” button to begin.  You may want to bookmark this page for future visits.
