Navigating The Questionnaire
Type the URL provided in the census letter received in the mail into your browser – www.census.gov.bm. Welcome to the eCensus Website. On the main page, there are links available to assist you with navigating through the website.
The Home button will take you back to the main page from any point in accessing the questionnaire.
The Help Tutorials link provides access to tutorials and assistance. It also provides a static tutorial presentation and frequently asked questions. Take some time to review these prior to contacting the Department of Statistics for help. You may be able to solve your issue without having to submit a help ticket. Once logged in, the Dashboard link will provide you with an overview of the status of your questionnaire.
After login, there is a settings button in the upper right hand corner, next to your Login information.
This will give you access to update your name, contact information, email address and change your password. Ensure you click the “Save changes” button before exiting to make sure your changes get stored.
Also after login, you will see an icon that will allow you to enter a help desk ticket, if you require further assistance from the Department of Statistics. You will find this icon at the lower right hand corner of the page.

The start buttons on the right of each section of the questionnaire, once clicked, allows you to begin the section.
The “Not Started” view will change to an appropriate updated status while going through the questionnaire.
The Log Out button is located in the upper right hand corner, click on this to log out of your profile. Follow the save prompt. Logging out helps ensure that no one can view your confidential questionnaire.
