If you need phone assistance from the Department of Statistics, please see the Home page on the eCensus website.  In the lower right hand corner of the page, there is a section “Where can you get help?”

This shows the census hotline number as well as the help desk hours of operation during the Census period.

Weekday Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m (excluding public holidays)

Weekend Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m
