Why do you need persons' names as well as an address, email address and telephone number on the questionnaire?

Names and addresses are needed to make sure that we don't miss anyone in the census and that no one is counted more than once. Email addresses and telephone numbers are needed to contact households quickly and easily if information on the questionnaire needs to be verified.
