I live in a shared dwelling and we don’t know each other well enough to have one person complete the questionnaire, how do we go about completing it?

Individuals can request a separate questionnaire for privacy reasons. A valid email must be provided for each person who requires a separate questionnaire so that each person can be emailed a link to their personal questionnaire.
